Q1 : Is Parking Included?

Answer : Each condo in the Retreat has parking space available for your use and convenience. As you enter the premises of of the building you will notice right away the big parking lot for your use. You can park anywhere except the driveway or do not park on reserve parking. 

Q2 : Does the condo/villa have Wi-Fi Internet and DSL Phone?

Answer : The condo has a Wi-Fi internet. Please check with our Rental Manager the SSID or Wifi ID and password or you can find it in your welcome note.

Q3 : Are there any tourist tax?

Answer : The Cayman Islands Government with Dept. of Tourism requires all tourists to pay 13% hotel tax. 

Q4 : Is Rumpoint and Kaibo is walking distance?

Answer : Yes , in fact Retreat Unit 30 is just next door to Rumpoint,  and few minutes walk to Kaibo where you can find the bar,restaurant and water sports activities center

Q5 : Do you provide detergent and soap?

Answer : Yes , we do, we provide laundry detergent, bath soap, and dishwasher liquid.

Q6 : What time is the check-in and check-out time?

Answer : The check in time is 3:00 PM and the check out time is 10 AM.

Q7 : How do I get the key or access code?

Answer : We have equipped our homes with lock box just check your welcome note.  We will send you a private code prior to your arrival and you can let yourself in whenever you arrive(after check in time of course). We find that this is not only more secure, but much more convenient.
