This condo is beautifully furnished and includes all the comforts and modern amenities expected of a seaside home.
Located in the exclusive and tranquil area of Rum Point, this ground floor, end unit is in the Kaibo Yacht Club Condos Phase II complex-the newest phase.
It has a spacious patio where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the beach.
Sea-Esta is the name of our condo. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath 1200 sq ft condo perfectly located on the ground floor. The large master suite has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the spacious patio with a view of the sea. The second bedroom is furnished with a 2 twin beds an option to put together as king bed
The living area includes a comfy sofa, loveseat, coffee table and entertainment center with a 49 “ Smart flat screen LED TV. The sofa has a queen pullout bed for extra guests. Cable TV and free WiFi are available for your enjoyment. You can also access your Netflix account on the smart TV.
The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and all the appliances and kitchen tools for your convenience to create your own tasty chef creations. There is also a gas BBQ grill available for those days you want to take the cooking outdoors and soak up the island ambiance.
The private screened patio is the perfect place to sit and read a book or enjoy the stunning views of the beach and coconut trees.
This condo provides everything you need for a perfect vacation. It truly is paradise.

The lovely beach is ideal for a quiet walk. There is also a large infinity edge pool and heated jacuzzi facing the ocean that you are welcomed to use and enjoy.
There are plenty of lounge chairs, hammocks and coconut trees on the private beach inviting you to immerse in the beauty and serenity of this quiet cove.
There is 2 Body Glove Performers paddle boards, 2 two people kayaks, 2 easy rider bicycles, 2 life jackets, 2 helmets and several snorkeling goggles and fins for your enjoyment.
