OVERVIEW

Unit 24 at the Retreat at Rum Point is a unique condominium in the development. Located far toward the tip of Rum Point on the ocean side, and occupying the second and third floors of a three-story building, the Retreat at Rum Point #24 offers sweeping, nearly 270-degree views (arguably the best views in the complex). Both sunrise and sunset views are possible from the open rooftop terrace and/or the screened-in lower terrace.

The condominium itself is fully appointed as well. Offering three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an additional powder room, as well as a variety of gathering areas, guests have all the space and privacy they want and deserve from their Caribbean getaway.

The primary suite occupies the upper level of the two-story unit and is accessible by a spiral staircase. It comes furnished with a King-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with double sinks/vanity. This suite also features an additional lounge area with seating and television. The rooftop terrace is accessible directly from the suite as well, but it is also accessible by a separate door without entering the suite.

On the main level are the two additional guest suites. Off the living room is the first suite, with ocean views and access to the screened-in terrace. The suite features Queen-size accommodations as well as an attached bathroom with double sinks/vanity.

The third suite affords more privacy, removed from the main living area on the main level. While there is no terrace access from this suite, there are still commanding, unobstructed ocean views from the broad expanse of windows. The suite also features a built-in desk as well as attached full bath with single sink/vanity.

The remainder of the main level is comprised of an entryway with built-in cabinetry for storage, kitchen, living/dining area, laundry area, powder room, and storage areas. The kitchen has been renovated and includes granite counters, full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric oven/cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped and outfitted to afford the ability to cook almost any gourmet meal desired. The dining area has seating for six at the table with additional seating for three at the bar-height counter. The adjacent living area provides a comfortable seating area to allow for conversation, enjoying the view, or watching television. The living and dining areas offer expansive ocean views as well as direct access to the screened-in terrace. Both terraces (rooftop and screened-in) are furnished with dining tables, chairs, and loungers. The full-size in-unit washer and dryer as well as storage closets are tucked out of the way on the main level.

In addition to the facilities available to everyone at the Retreat at Rum Point (pool, grills, gym, tennis court, beach lounge chairs), Unit 24 also includes the private use of two sea kayaks.
